- Rate dependant on complexity of work involved
- I will inform you of what the hourly rate is for the job you are enquiring about
- Minimum of one hour charge
- After one hour, further work is charged at 15 minute intervals
- I will always give you an estimate of the time your work will take
- If the work will take longer, I will come back to you to discuss costs before proceeding
